WHY US

3 Reasons We Are Chosen

  • Reason 1
Recruitment Placement and Online Interview Sessions, Your Choice of Hiring Method

Bridgers lets you choose between two approaches tailored to your hiring targets.

    • Standard recruitment
    • Online interview sessions

Candidates we introduce are screened in advance by our dedicated foreign-national career advisors on language skills and work attitude, allowing for a highly accurate match with your requirements.

  • Reason 2
    4,000 Placements

Since launch, we have achieved over 4,000 job placements, mainly candidates from Korea, China, and Vietnam. This track record is built on strict candidate criteria (university/junior college graduate or above, JLPT N1/N2), thorough interviews by dedicated career advisors covering Japanese proficiency, company fit, and visa eligibility, and hands-on support for both sides throughout the process.

  • Reason 3
    92% Offer Acceptance Rate

Requirements vary by industry and business type. Our high offer acceptance rate comes from closely aligning company needs with candidate expectations before holding interview sessions where a strong match is already likely. Recruiting advisors gather detailed requirements from companies, which dedicated career advisors then carefully explain to each candidate, including job content, culture, and career paths. Only candidates genuinely eager to join proceed to interviews, resulting in an exceptionally high acceptance rate of 92%.

    • Background: Majored in data science, experienced in web application and server development
    • Languages: Korean, Japanese

Studying Japanese as a hobby led me to seriously consider working in Japan. A team development project in my graduation project made me realize the appeal of teamwork, and I felt Japan's environment, which values team collaboration as much as individual skill, suited me. Now I enjoy working within a team every day, inspired by my Japanese peers and seniors!

    • Nationality: Korea
    • Occupation: IT development / Sales
    • Background: 8 years of corporate sales experience at food trading companies, medical service, and machinery equipment manufacturers
    • Languages: Korean, Japanese, English

I was originally good at Japanese, and while working in Taiwan I often handled Japanese clients, which naturally led me to want to work at a Japanese company. Holding internal meetings and business negotiations entirely in Japanese was tough at first, but I find it rewarding every day working in the environment I had long hoped for. My goal is to contribute to the company by developing new clients as an overseas sales representative.

    • Nationality: Vietnam
    • Occupation: Mechanical design, semiconductor equipment manufacturer
    • Background: 3 years as an automotive parts designer at a major Japanese technical staffing company after graduating university
    • Languages: Vietnamese, Japanese

I wanted to work in Japan because I felt I could take on upstream design and development work that isn't possible back home. Hearing from the HR manager and president in my interview that they valued the perspective a foreign national could bring, I became confident I could achieve what I wanted here, and decided to change jobs.

  • Ms. M
    Ms. M
    • Nationality: China
    • Occupation: Service / Retail
    • Background: Came to Japan as an exchange student while majoring in Japanese, worked part-time at a high-end Japanese restaurant
    • Languages: Chinese, Japanese

Working part-time made me realize how demanding the service industry is in Japan, but the joy of being praised by customers made me want to master this path here. My motivation is using my language skills and the hospitality skills I'm building every day to make shopping more comfortable for customers visiting Japan.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Q1Is it okay for company briefings and interviews to be conducted in Japanese?

Most candidates we introduce have Japanese proficiency at the N1-N2 level. Since this is a high level of Japanese, there is no problem using the same company briefing content as for Japanese candidates, and interviews can also be conducted entirely in Japanese.

  • Q2Will the candidates you introduce be able to adjust to life in Japan?

Most candidates have experience studying abroad or on a working holiday in Japan. Many also love Japan and have visited multiple times. We introduce candidates who have lived in Japan before and are not expected to have issues adjusting.

  • Q3Won't foreign nationals quit and return home as soon as the job gets tough?

We place strong emphasis during interviews on how long candidates want to work in Japan. Most candidates we introduce say things like "I want to work in Japan long-term" or "I want to build a career at a Japanese company," and in fact show a strong desire to work in Japan for the long term.
